Swansea winger Wayne Routledge has signed a one-year extension with the Championship membership.
The 34-year-old has made 260 appearances for the Swans since becoming a member of from Newcastle in 2011.
Routledge, who’s Swansea’s longest-serving present participant, instructed the membership’s web site: “I am going into my ninth season with Swansea Metropolis. Simply saying that places an enormous smile on my face.
“I had just a few golf equipment earlier in my profession however then I discovered Swansea Metropolis, and Swansea Metropolis discovered me. I love enjoying for the membership and I love being right here.
“It was an emotional evening on the Liberty in our last house recreation. There have been just a few tears as a result of I did not know if that was the final time I would play on the Liberty.
“However now I can look ahead to getting ready for subsequent season.”
